Fundamental Free Flow
Wednesday’s class will consist of a more vinyasa style flow, where you can expect to move a lot and sweat a little. We will be working on achieving strength in foundational poses such as downward dog and plank, so that we can build on these foundations for the year to come. Mel will offer plenty of hands on adjustments to ensure proper form and of course, relaxation adjustments in savasana.
