☮ Yoga Flow ☮
Sometimes it feels like life is moving too fast. Like it’s already mid February… WHAT?!
Yoga and meditation are some of the tools we have at our disposal to slow down and really just be in the moment before it passes us by.
Today’s class will challenge you to keep your mind on the mat and let go of the outside world so you can make the most of your practice. Get into the flow and let go. We will be moving and flowing to great music before we settle into stillness.
